I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Sexologist offering virtual individual therapy, sex therapy, and couples/relationship counseling across Michigan, blending evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment with grounded mind-body awareness. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, intimacy concerns, sexual health issues, grief, trauma, communication challenges, and LGBTQ+ issues.
